Legal
Privacy Policy.
Information pursuant to Art. 13 and 14 GDPR (EU 2016/679) and §§ 24 ff. DSG (Austria) on the processing of personal data on online360.at. The legally binding version is the German privacy policy.
1. Controller
online360 service GmbH Jakob-Regenhart-Gasse 16 2380 Perchtoldsdorf, Austria Email: office@online360.at Phone: +43 (0)664 / 228 29 27
2. General principles
We process personal data only insofar as this is necessary to provide the website and to answer enquiries. Processing takes place exclusively on the basis of the GDPR and Austrian data protection regulations.
3. Server logs
Provision and protection of the website (detecting technical errors, protection against misuse).
IP address (truncated to /16), timestamp, requested URL, referrer, user agent.
Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in the secure operation of the website).
A maximum of 14 days. No merging with other data sources takes place.
4. Audience measurement with Matomo (server-side, without cookies)
We use the open-source analytics software Matomo for audience measurement. Matomo runs on our own infrastructure at analytics.online360.at — the analysis never leaves our systems.
Collection is entirely server-side: when a page is requested, our server transmits the access data to Matomo. No cookies are set in the browser, no local storage is used and no browser fingerprinting is performed.
Anonymized IP address (last 2 bytes truncated before transmission), page requested, referrer, user agent, language setting, screen resolution.
Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in privacy-friendly audience measurement). Consent is not required because neither cookies are set nor terminal-device information is stored (cf. § 165 (3) TKG 2021).
The anonymized statistical data are retained for up to 24 months for trend analysis.
You may object to the processing at any time by sending a short message to office@online360.at. Since we do not set any cookies, no "do-not-track" cookie is required.
5. Contact form & email
Handling your enquiry and the initiation of a contractual relationship.
Name, email address, optionally company name, content of the message.
Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR (pre-contractual measures) and Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in answering enquiries).
The enquiry is stored for as long as is necessary to process it, but no longer than 24 months. Enquiries that result in a contractual relationship are retained in accordance with tax and commercial retention periods (7 years, §132 BAO).
6. "Chapter 7" download (double opt-in)
One-time delivery of the requested book chapter as a PDF to the address you provide. We do not use the address for any other purpose, in particular not for newsletters or advertising.
After you submit the form you first receive a confirmation email without any promotional content. We only send the chapter once you click the link it contains. Without confirmation, nothing further is sent. This procedure ensures that nobody can enter another person's address.
Email address, time of the request and of the confirmation, in each case a truncated IP address (/16), user agent and referrer of the request. These details serve as proof of consent.
Art. 6 (1) lit. a GDPR (consent, given by confirming the link) and § 107 TKG 2021. Consent is voluntary and can be withdrawn at any time with effect for the future.
Every email contains a link with which you can delete your address yourself, without giving reasons. Alternatively, a short message to office@online360.at is sufficient. After withdrawal the email address is deleted; only an anonymous record of the transaction remains.
Unconfirmed requests are deleted automatically after 7 days. Confirmed consents are retained for a maximum of 24 months as proof pursuant to Art. 7 (1) GDPR.
7. Hosting & processors
The website is hosted on infrastructure in Germany. Email delivery is handled via the SMTP relay service of Google Workspace (Google Ireland Ltd., standard contractual clauses in effect).
8. Third-party resources used
The "Space Grotesk" and "Inter" typefaces are loaded via the Google Fonts infrastructure (Google Ireland Ltd.). When the website is accessed, your IP address is transmitted to Google. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR (consistent, performant presentation of the website).
9. Data subject rights
You have the right to access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21). Complaints can be lodged with the Austrian Data Protection Authority (www.dsb.gv.at).
10. Status
This privacy policy was last updated on 30 July 2026.
